If you are hosting Exchange visitors in September ……………

Tickets will be issued for the soiree and the hog roast in due course. This will take place on the Sunday evening and will be free for your guest(s), at a cost of £5-£6 per person if you are an Association member or £10 otherwise. Tickets will be limited, so if extras are required please let me know very soon as these will be issued on a first come first served basis. I need to know by Friday July 10th if you wish to have a vegetarian meal. (The French will supply this information for themselves)
Visits arranged for the Exchange on Friday 4th September (Chatsworth and Monday 7th (Port Sunlight) are open for hosts and other Association members to join in. As a coach has to be booked I need to know numbers by July 10th and the more who come along, the lower the cost. Please remember July 10th is the last date for letting me any extra seat reservations. After that will be too late!
The full programme for the Exchange plus tickets, timing, final costs, etc. will be sent to hosts as soon as all details are known, probably by the end of July.
You can reach me most evenings, though not Tuesdays, on 01257 462529.
